Baby Gloria Dismisses Rift Claims With Sister Jolly Mirembe, Denies Marriage Allegations

Gospel singer Gloria Mulunji Ssenyonjo Mbaleka, popularly known as Baby Gloria, has come out strongly to dismiss rumours claiming she has fallen out with her younger sister Jolly Mirembe Senyonjo over alleged issues involving her husband, Mbaleka Jonas.

The rumours, which have been circulating widely on social media, alleged that there was tension between the two sisters and went as far as linking Jolly Mirembe romantically to Baby Gloria’s husband. Speculation intensified after netizens noticed that the sisters had unfollowed each other on Instagram, triggering heated online discussions.

Speaking during a phone interview, Baby Gloria firmly denied the claims, describing them as baseless and malicious.

“There is absolutely nothing going on between me and my sister. Jolly is still young, and people are just creating stories out of nothing,” Baby Gloria said.

The celebrated gospel musician defended her sister, calling the allegations irresponsible and misleading. She further pointed out that social media users often exaggerate situations and misinterpret personal relationships for clout and engagement.

Jolly Mirembe also previously addressed the matter on her Snapchat, where she dismissed the rumours as false and disrespectful. She emphasized that the claims were unfair to her, her sister, and Baby Gloria’s husband, urging the public to stop spreading lies.

Although the reason behind the sisters unfollowing each other on social media remains unclear, both Baby Gloria and Jolly Mirembe have publicly distanced themselves from the allegations, encouraging fans to ignore the gossip.

Baby Gloria married Mbaleka Jonas last year in a glamorous wedding that attracted massive attention online. During her wedding speech, she described Jonas as a close friend and a supportive partner—remarks that some social media users have since twisted to fuel unnecessary speculation.

For now, both sisters remain united in dismissing the rumours, reaffirming that there is no conflict between them.
