Ugandan musician Sqoop Larma, real name Sserunjoji Larma, has officially cut ties with Kibbo Management, just months after being unveiled under their wing.
In an explosive revelation during a TV interview, the singer said Kibbo failed to live up to their promises, forcing him to âpauseâ the partnership.
âThey swayed a little and didnât fulfill what they had promised. They promised too much but didnât deliver. We hadnât even started working very well, and some things didnât go right, so I put them on hold,â Larma bluntly noted.
While the breakup might sound bitter, Sqoop insists thereâs no bad blood, adding that he and Kibbo still collaborate on charity projects. He also didnât rule out a possible reunion in the future, though heâs currently not hunting for a manager. Instead, he hinted at having a new team he plans to unveil soon.

Kibbo Establishment, the same management that unceremoniously dropped rapper Feffe Bussi last year citing financial dishonesty, now finds itself in another messy split. Only this time, itâs Sqoop Larma walking awayâaccusing them of selling him dreams.
Whether or not the two parties âbounce back together,â one thing is clear: Sqoop isnât afraid to speak his truth.
