Ugandan singer Grace Khan is still reeling from a shocking attack by unidentified thugs who beat and robbed her of her belongings, including her phone.
The harrowing news was made public by fellow artist and close friend Ameria Nambala, who took to TikTok to share details of the assault. According to Nambala, Grace was left with injuries on her arms and back and has been deeply traumatized by the incident.
“I called Grace Khan at the very moment when she needed me the most. She told me things had beaten her and showed me wounds all over her body,” Nambala revealed in her emotional TikTok video.
Nambala explained that she had called Grace to discuss a booking but was devastated to hear about her friend’s ordeal. Determined to uplift her spirits, she invited Grace to Serena Hotel for a fully sponsored meal.
In a touching act of generosity, Nambala surprised Grace with a brand-new iPhone 15 to replace her stolen phone. Overcome with emotion, Grace broke down in tears and knelt in gratitude as she unboxed the gift.
“I surprised her with the phone to show her that God still cares,” Nambala said, stressing the importance of kindness and support among artists.
